Every seal is molded with precision to guarantee dimensional accuracy and optimal compression when installed.
Our hammer union seals feature a reinforced lip structure that prevents loosening and ensures proper alignment even when exposed to vibration, torque, or temperature fluctuations. These seals are available in several high-grade materials, including NBR for everyday petroleum service, HNBR for elevated temperature systems, and FKM for aggressive chemicals and demanding sour gas operations.
Qinuo provides seals in standard sizes from 1" to 7", designed for Weco and FMC hammer unions in models Fig 602, Fig 1002, Fig 1502, and Fig 2002. Options include brass or stainless-steel anti-extrusion rings for extreme pressure situations, supporting applications up to and beyond 15,000 psi. Our hammer union seals improve safety, reduce maintenance, and extend equipment service life.
